ok, i srsly need help!

I'M STILL HAVING INSOMNIA!!

i've tried everything i know to fall aslp but nth's wrking.
if u guys know any ways to sleep, TELL ME!!!!
but if u're gonna to suggest me to bang my head on the wall, u can forget it
if u want to tell me to count sheeps, let me tell u, IT DOESNT WORK!!! i've even counted other animals tat can be found in the farm!!! including the farmers!! IT REALLY DOESNT WORK!!
i've tried to imagine myself in my poly class, with the lecturers blahing, but....NOT WRKING EITHER!

and i've been eating pretty much poison a.k.a junk food recently.
u'll be shocked how much junk i eat everyday.

if only insomnia + junk = heathly lifestyle, i wud be the healthiest person ever.
